I graduated in May with a Masters in Library Science with School Certification. I was assured by several district administrators when I started the program that a job would be a complete non-issue for me. "Don't even worry about it!" Then the budget crisis hit and suddenly library jobs are scarce. People who planned on retiring did not, others with years of experience re-entered the field, and here it is two months later and I still don't have a job prospect in site.
Over the past several months I have read many fantastic children's and young adult novels. This blog is a review of the books I have recently read, and am currently reading.
